About Sandy Brown
Sandy Brown is principal designer for Winterthur Design Assoicates, the museum's interior design firm founded in 1986. She holds a master's degree in interior architecture and design from the College of Media Arts & Design at Drexel University. An award-winning designer, she was recently honored for her work by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. A resident of the Main Line, Sandy came to Winterthur Design in 2006 following positions with several distinguished firms in the Philadelphia area.
Sandy's sophisticated, well-appointed interiors, meticulous attention to detail and personalized service have earned her local recognition and a loyal following of delighted clientele. Her aesthetic combines the modern and traditional as she designs spaces that fit the client's lifestyle and taste. With access to the finest artisans and craftsmen the firm has completed a wide variety of projects that include custom furnishings, historic preservation, additions and renovations. Located in the Museum Store, Winterthur Design is busy working on projects in Wilmington, Philadelphia, New York, and New Jersey.
