Double Spiral Chocolate balances taste and nutrition using minimal processing of only two or three organic ingredients sourced by direct or fair trade. Stop by the Museum Store to taste and discover the flavors of cacao and unrefined cane sugar brought together into a dark chocolate with a minimalist philosophy. This is a drop-in event; no reservations or admission fee required. The Museum Store is open 10 am–5 pm.
