. Check these out:  
  • Camellias on display: Some of the white camellias (Camellia varieties) are still blooming — single and double, small and large — on the upper side of the Museum Store.  What a show of blossoms!
  • Pretend it’s spring:
    • Forsythia (Forsythia x intermedia) blossoms have appeared on the bushes at the upper edge of the parking lot, on the bushes at the Museum lawn end of the Peony Garden, and on the bushes at the field edge of Azalea Woods.
    • The autumn rosebud cherry (Prunus subhirtella ‘Autumnalis’) is in full bloom along Garden Lane. It is spectacular this week!
    • Enchanted Woods has a pink azalea (Rhododendron variety) in bloom near the Turtle Bridge.
